Exeter Time Trial

Saturday, March 17th, 2007

Course Description:  30k with two climbs.  Start at Exeter High School, over the world-famous Rocky Hill, into Yokohl Valley, then turn around and back to Start/Finish.  Centerline rule in effect.  FIRST AND LAST 5k ARE NOT FLAT!!!  Neutral support will be provided at various locations on the course.

Directions:  From Hwy 99, take Hwy 198 east through Visalia to Highway 65.  Turn right to head into Exeter and marked parking areas.  Exeter High School is located at 505 Rocky Hill Dr just east of Hwy 65.  Exclusive Pro and Team parking available.

Registration:  Online registration at http://www.sportsbaseonline.com, available 1/1/07-3/14/07, is strongly recommended.  Onsite registration and advanced check-in is available at Race Headquarters Friday, March 16, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. or at the race course Saturday, March 17, from 5:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.  Absolutely no check-in or new registration after 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning!  Onsite registration: add $5 (space may be limited).  Unattached riders: add $5.  Under 18 must have parent/guardian signature.  Current USCF Annual License required at check-in (except Men Cat 5, Men 35+ Cat 5, Women Cat 4, and all Juniors; One Day OK).  Entry fees include surcharges and insurance fees, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Rider’s course time eligible for one category only.

NOTE: Men Cat 2 riders have the option of racing Cat 2 or Pro/1/2.  Your time will only count toward the category you register in.

Event Details:  All pre-registered rider start times will be posted on this website by Thursday, March 15, 12:00 p.m. PST.  Cyclists off every 30 seconds.  You must be in the staging area and signed in 5 minutes prior to your start time.  There will be no reassigned start times!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Prize List Details:  Pro categories 100% cash.  Amateur categories merchandise and/or cash, except Men Cat 5-Public (medals).

Official Race Headquarters:  Located at Lamp Liter Inn, off Hwy 198 (heading east, take Demaree St exit, east on Noble to County Center, then left over the highway) in Visalia, approximately 15 minutes from the TT course.  Early check-in and onsite registration available Friday, March 16 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  Special room rates available for reservations made prior to March 2.  Call them at 1-800-662-6692.
